Rowena Thiele has been working as an accountant in public practice since 1994. Rowena commenced her business life at Arthur Andersen in Melbourne working in the Audit Division where she developed strong business skills working with small to medium enterprises.

Rowena then moved into small business advisory services at a public practice in Malvern where she developed strong tax skills and began to specialise in personal and small business taxation.

Rowena commenced her own accounting practice in 2002 incorporating both accounting and taxation services.  The Practice has clients ranging from individuals who require assistance with their personal tax affairs to small to medium business clients.

The Practice has a large personal tax client base providing advice to a broad range of clients including salary and wage earners to investors with large investment portfolios comprising shares, managed funds and rental properties.

Rowena has now been involved with small business for 14 years and is enjoying her career immensely assisting small business to grow. Rowena sees small business as the backbone of our economy and admires the tenacity and strength of small business owners.

The Practice is involved with a number of small business networks and tax workshops which assist in keeping up with client issues on a business level as well as a technical level.
